Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we cannot process your order within 2 business days we will be in contact by email to explain why and give you an eta. If the eta does not work for you, we can process a refund, exchange or store credit for your order, whichever you decide.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5.95 flat rate standard shipping to all Australian addresses. Also we do free standard shipping for orders over $99.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 2-4 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 5 business days after the time of dispatch.

 

Refund

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kilodo.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
